Driving used 2023 Subaru Crosstrek almost 2 weeks now. Car runs great, was very clean. My sales contact Carlos was very helpful every step of the way. I live in WI about 5 hours from the dealer, so a test drive was not on my itinerary. Carlos provided a video tour of the car. It had been 8 years since we brought our Outback so getting comfortable with our decision to buy a new Forester was a big step for us. There was a new finance person, and paperwork had to be redone. Seemed to take forever to get it right. Salesman Miguel was great to work with. I didn't appreciate being solicited to by an insurance provider after the sale, I didn't think I agreed for my information to be shared with other salesmen.

Not a bad spot usually Walser is hit or miss but the sales team and manager were fairly upfront and made it pretty easy to buy a car. I will say the number they told me they would try and sell my trade in for was 5k below what they actually listed it for. The market changes but a little more accurate transparency there would be nice. Otherwise I liked my experience here and still chat with my sales rep every so often. They also didn’t charge me for servicing my heater which was nice!
Very low key pressure on buying a new versus a used car. Went the extra mile to get the car that I wanted.
