I really appreciated his installing the license plates and rear seat back covers for me. I never felt rushed or pressured with making my decision. Great place with really friendly people. James Montgomery was great to work with. He was upfront and did not pressure me to do anything I don't want to do. He laid out the options and let me decide. If I am ever in the market for another Subaru, I would definitely go there.

I was only in for an oil change/tire rotation & routine once over. Always a good experience dealing with the advisor at the desk. Took a little longer than estimated, but not too much & the service center seemed to have a sudden influx of people bringing their cars in so it was understandable. Really appreciated that they cleaned the cabin air filter rather than telling me to buy a new one (which I'll have to do eventually, but at least not last Monday,)

He went above and beyond with our purchase not only because he found us a great car, but it wasn't even the first, second, or third one he showed us. I waited too long for service. I assumed my appt time was my service time.
We purchased a 2013 Chevy Volt in December of 2025 for $8,000. The vehicle only had 75k miles with new tires. It's a plug in hybrid, so you can drive it across the country if you prefer. My daily commute is 36 miles, which is all EV. The lifetime mpg has risen to 80. I'm not sure why this vehicle was only $8,000. Based on current fuel prices, it's projecting to pay for itself in 3 years. Erika was a great help in helping us choose which model of Subaru we wanted. Very patient when we changed our mind back and forth! Oil change and tire rotation were done promptly. Technician video showed dead bugs on top of turbo radiator; would have expected technician to remove dead bugs…. It would’ve been the professional thing to do. Vacuuming the car… your competitor, Grandview Tire & Auto, will vacuum the car when it is brought in for an oil change

I am totally disgusted with my purchase at Walser Suburu Burnsville. They totally MISLED me. They covered up problems with the paint scratches. There are parts missing under the hood. This is the most pathetic dealer. This was fraud they pulled on me. And it will get known as I am contacting the Regoinal Manager and if I need to, the General Manager and maybe even Court.

I've been very pleased with the service I've received from Walser Subaru's service department. While my visits have been limited to routine oil changes so far, scheduling has always been easy and convenient, and the service is consistently completed in less than an hour. My Service Advisor, JP Moua, has been very thorough in explaining the work performed and answering any questions I have.
I also appreciate the video inspections from the service technician. It's a nice touch that provides transparency and helps me better understand the condition of my vehicle and the services being performed.

Ignored by staff upon arrival. Car not detailed as lead to believe and smells. Dealership made promises that were broken.
I stopped in to test drive a car and received top tier customer service from Erika. She was very personable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I walked in thinking I wanted a Lexus but left seriously considering a new Subaru! She broke everything down and really helped me consider all my options. I didn’t end up buying yet but the service I received was wonderful and I’ll definitely be coming back to this lot for whatever i decide to get. Thanks Erika! Give that woman a raise, she is awesome.

Overall, a good experience. I traded in a car and the value was a bit below my expectations. My process was delayed due to a software outage and at times it felt like my sales associate was buying time since I was at the dealership for about 5 hours. That said, they were able to hold my vehicle until the following day and ultimately I walked away with a great car and I look forward to working with the Walser service center again.
Good experience purchasing a new vehicle from Walser Subaru. Charlie Leang was especially helpful in finishing up the deal and coordinating delivery. If you’re looking for a low pressure sales environment I highly recommend them.

Just bought a used Subaru here. The sales process was straightforward. Add on products were offered, but they were not pushy about it. We inquired about a Military Discount and were surprised to find they offered one. It does make me wonder if there are other discounts we could have asked for (Costco?). This is the second vehicle I have bought from a Walser dealership. Both dealerships were very pleasant to do business with and I think the prices were very fair.

We picked up our Hybrid Forester several days ago and Erika Seaquist did a fantastic job. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Whenever a question arose that needed a second option Erika always found the answer. When we stepped into the vehicle for the first time Erika went through all of the procedures of the new vehicle very precisely. She certainly knows the technical aspects of the vehicle operation. We are extremely happy with the customer service that she provided us.

Austin and Mo were great! They worked within my availability to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and even held it for me while we waited for insurance to process all the paperwork for my previous totaled vehicle and they helped me get money back on my service contract and gap insurance to use towards a down payment, and helped me get the best deal possible despite the circumstances. They are both very friendly and customer-focused and could not possibly be better at their jobs!
